Duct Diagnostics did an excellent job on cleaning the furance and all the duct work. There were 6 people here in the morning and 3 in the afternoon that did a great job of removing the direct and cleaning our system. We just had our ducts cleaned today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough.

They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure every vent, return, and the main trunk lines were cleaned properly. You could immediately tell they take pride in their work. They were also incredibly respectful of our home — wearing shoe covers, protecting floors, and cleaning up completely before they left.

The difference in air quality is noticeable already. As new homeowners, it gives us real peace of mind knowing the system is clean and running efficiently.

The team was courteous and professional. They arrived on time and described what needed to be done at our house. They put drop cloths over surfaces where they would working to keep our space clean. I called Duck Diagnostics today for an issue I thought I had with my ducts. Tim Called me right back within minutes of my call to them and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through the percieved problem. It turns out I had no issues at all with the ductwork. Tim didn't try to make me book an appointment, he just helped me realize that all was fine with my ductwork. I highly recommend Duck Diagnostics!

Dan and Ryan were terrific. They were on time (early!), thorough and extremely neat and efficient. Everything was put back exactly as they found it with no traces of cleaning or mess.

The team at Duct Diagnostics did an excellent job servicing my two HVAC units. The entire team from start to finish was super friendly, and answered all my questions regarding the process in which they would clean the vents.

The whole process took about 6 hours, in which they thoroughly cleaned the vents, the HVAC returns, and even the grates themselves on the floor and ceiling. The team provided before and after photos, and I was shocked at both how dirty the vents were, and how well they looked after the job was done

After the team was finished, I immediately noticed that the air was cleaner and fresher. I would absolutely use Duct Diagnostics again!

This was my first experience with duct cleaning so I had no idea what to expect. Vincent and Kevin handled everything, including my questions and nosy dog, very professionally. The weather on the day of the service was heavy rain and wind all day but they covered up the floors so that there was no mess anywhere in the house. It was a very nice experience and a relief to know that everything is clean.
